About Us

We live in a world where healthcare is wonderful. And fragmented. For all the breakthrough medical care that exists, it’s not universally accessible. These gaps keep health providers from delivering quality care — and people from receiving it.

Titan Health Corporation was created to address these challenges, once and for all. Founded by clinicians, we have a unique perspective on the issues, and the insight required to innovate practical, realistic solutions that work.

Nick Dobrzelecki, MBA, RN

President & Co-Founder

Nick Dobrzelecki, MBA, RN

After 20+ years of both clinical and administrative healthcare experience, Nick has grown frustrated by the problems that lead to inequities in care quality, delivery, and outcomes. He founded Titan Health Corporation to fix them.

Born a problem solver, Nick created a sports medicine program for his high school football team. Later, as a medical-surgical nurse in Bosnia and Herzegovina, he established a CME program for field nurses. His passion for health and innovation has led to several achievements, including founding Daymarck, a remote coding and clinical documentation review solution for the home healthcare and hospice industry. Prior to establishing Titan, Nick served as Senior Vice President of healthcare consulting company, Corridor Group.

In addition to earning a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Cincinnati, Nick has a Master in Business Administration from WSU Carson College.

Antony Chu, MD, MBA

Co-Founder

Antony Chu, MD, MBA

Antony Chu, MD is a board certified cardiologist and clinical cardiac electrophysiologist. He received his medical degree from Yale University and completed his post-graduate clinical training in Internal Medicine, Cardiology and Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology at the University of Pennsylvania.

Dr. Chu is an experienced physician executive and MBA graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Sloan School of Business.

As a clinical faculty member of Brown University, his specialized knowledge of data analytics, neural networks and clinical medicine have positioned him as an emerging leader in developing innovative clinical solutions to democratizing healthcare disparities in the U.S. and abroad.

George Rafeedie

Chief Marketing Officer

George Rafeedie

George Rafeedie has spent the past 25 years telling impactful stories — mostly in the health and wellness space. At Titan Health Corporation, George is charged with the development of the Titan story and those of the companies and technologies it chooses to develop.

George also serves as the president of Tell Your Story, an agency founded on the principle that every organization should develop a purpose for why it is in business. At Tell Your Story, George helped launch Nick’s homecare coding technology company and helped lead massive marketing communications campaigns for a large national senior living corporation and one of the nation’s largest non-profit health systems. Prior to Tell Your Story, George spent time in corporate marketing with Baxter Healthcare Corporation.
