Titan Health Staffing, in Partnership with Arrow ARC, Receives Department of Veterans Affairs Integrated Critical Staffing Program Contract

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

BISMARCK, NORTH DAKOTA (April 9, 2024) – Titan Health Staffing, a division of Titan Health Corporation (Titan) dedicated to helping match health care professionals with desired career opportunities, is proud to announce its selection as a subcontractor partner under Arrow ARC’s Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract awarded by the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). This significant achievement only weeks into the company’s launch underscores Titan Health Staffing’s commitment to serving the health care needs of our nation’s veterans while upholding the highest standards of service excellence.

As a certified Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Titan Health Staffing is uniquely positioned to contribute to the success of this program, which prioritizes SDVOSB organizations by requiring 50 percent of revenue to go to such businesses. The multiple award IDIQ, with a potential value of $23 billion and a period of performance through January 2034, aims to address temporary staffing needs at VA sites of care nationwide.

“The partnership between Titan Health Staffing and VA represents a significant milestone for us,” says Nick Dobrzelecki, managing partner and co-founder of Titan and Titan Health Staffing. “As both a nurse and a U.S. Army veteran myself, we truly understand both sides of the equation like other staffing companies cannot. I’m proud that we’ll be working with VA to ensure veterans are cared for by our country’s best and brightest health care professionals.”

The contract, awarded by the VA Strategic Acquisition Center Frederick, was set aside for SDVOSBs, with a solicitation outlining a rigorous three-phase process for interested vendors to submit questions, intentions to bid and formal responses. The contract aims to address critical staffing requirements across the VA health care system through tasks issued over its 10-year ordering period.

“Our mission across all of Titan’s solutions is to address challenges in the health care industry, and that includes the myriad of well-documented issues around staffing,” adds Dobrzelecki. “We created Titan Health Staffing to help ensure health professionals are in positions where they’re most needed, valued and fulfilled, and that health care organizations are supported with a full team of qualified employees.”
